This September, the Hilton hotel will be serving signature dishes made by the expert hands of their top-class chefs with the chosen ingredient to be featured, lemongrass. An opportunity to see what top-class chefs are capable of with an ingredient we all know and love. From traditional dishes to modern ones and from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, here are just some of the dishes that will be featured in Hilton's nation wide #EatDrinkHilton dining promotion.

HILTON PETALING JAYA

If you are ever in the PJ area, you might want to swing by the PJ Hilton for a fine lunch or dinner at their notable Japanese restaurant, Genji, where you can order the Teriyaki Chicken Lemon Grass Skewer. Or you may want head over to Paya Serai to try out the well known Thai Tom Yum Goong, which of course would be a treat for those who love spicy foods.

Enjoy a wholesome and delicious breakfast alongside their Lemongrass and Pandan leaf infused Water using lemongrass from the foothills of Mount Kinablu. During tea time, you can have the White Chocolate Lemongrass Ganache on Lime Infused Fudge Cake, which already sounds like something that has to be tried!
