Eco-Friendly Luxury # KAMPOS

This Italian startup just launched a socially-responsible, environmentally friendly line of products and accessories that celebrate the history and beauty of the Mediterranean Sea. Founded by entrepreneur Alessandro Vergano and his vision to "offer luxury products with a conscience. All products are made of recycled plastic bottles, abandoned "ghost" fishing nets, or other recycled nylon and/or organic fabrics. Which are also recyclable after use.

KAMPOS aims to be different in that sustainability is at the core of everything they do from the selection of raw materials to product development and packaging. This means consumers will have  and added benefit of knowing that the fashion trends they are in is socially responsible with each purchase. On the top of that a percentage of the brands revenues will be donated to the One Ocean Foundation  a non-profit founded in Porto Cervo, Sardinia.

Its initial line, which is all made in Italy, consists of swimsuits, shirts, t-shirts, perfumes, sunglasses, pareos (wraparounds) and accessories for men, women, and children. Check out their take on styles and trends @kampos.com.
