To celebrate the Year of Rat, Pullman KLCC has brought forward a pageantry of culinary delights at their Red Chinese Cuisine and Sedap Restaurant from 2 January to 8 February 2020. The Chinese New year set menus includes a 7 course and 9 course that features delicacies such as Autralian wagyu beef and edible gold yee sang, double-boiled fish maw soup with mushrooms, dried scallops and rock melons, a prosperity abalone treasure pot, steamed live marble goby in superior soy sauce, Hong Kong-styled claypot waxed meat rice and steamed nian gao. As for Yee Sang, Red Chinese Cuisine delivers colorful vegetable salad yee with variety of toppings including Australian wagyu beef, sea urchins, abalone, soft shell crabs, salmon, jellyfish, whitebait, tempura or even edible gold sheets.
