Alia Bastamam EID 2021 Collection

While sequined, frilly raya dresses and heels may have turned into a non-essential this season but that doesn't mean we can't bring the raya vibe in a getup that works within our comfort zone (aka our homes). So for this renewed Eid season unlike any other, Alia Bastamam is introducing 19 looks in their exclusive collection that breathes fresh vigor with 5 new designs and 14 revivals to celebrate their 10th anniversary. 

This Eid collection is about the process of reviving the brand's past design, making it present. A complete composition of languid leisurely looks and extra special ensembles for formal intimate events, the collection is created for Hari Raya and beyond, making it the most practical pieces you can ever dream of. Most of the looks comes in two pieces which can be easily separated for casual weekends with the girls while the tunics and kaftans make a breezy daytime open house options too. 

For the silhouette selection, Alia Bastamam is keeping it freeing and comfortable, replacing the constricting corsets and mermaid skirts with chicly soft, modern silhouettes. Though the collection is essentially composed of clean lines and ease, the designer also added a touch of details such as the Butterfly ensembles and the streamlined Afzan dress, and artisanal beadwork of the Atelier on the fringes and tassels made crystals for those who are looking for subtle sparkles and glam on their raya look.
