Let's slip into something flowy and romantic because we've officially entered full-on summer mode. If you're looking for new summer pieces to keep your style in check... H&M has just announced their collaboration with LA-based women's brand Brock Collection. The collab focusses on modern romance, approachable opulence mixed with streetwise ease and a hint of the past.
Founded in 2014 by Laura Vassar and Kristopher Brock, which are known for a sophisticated yet down-to-earth aesthetic and vintage-style pieces. The pair met in New York City while attending Parsons School of Design and after launching the label, relocated to Los Angeles.
The collaboration features signature Brock Collection pieces, a softly romantic yet city-ready range of dresses, blouses, tops, denim jeans and denim shorts, plus shoes, jewellery, handbags and sunglasses. Country florals, tie-up shoulder straps and corset-like details emphasise the craftsmanship, while the feminine silhouettes and contrast with denim pieces are flattering and exude a city edge. The range of charming dresses, separates, denim and accessories are made from more sustainable materials such as organic linen, cotton and Tencel Lyocell, while the colour palette consists of black, pale pinks, off-white, cream and washed denim, making it easy to mix and match the pieces for a different look.
The Brock Collection x H&M collection will launch exclusively at selected H&M store and online at @HM.com on from June onward.
